Multiple Grubbs-Beck low-outlier test

The Multiple Grubbs-Beck test (MGBT) of Bulletin 17C, which identifies potentially influential low floods (PILFs) in an annual-peak-flow record.

Value

The number of low outliers detected (an integer).
